I am curious and love trying out new things. I am simultaneously contented and restless.
I love taking photos of things I like – buildings, nature, people, patterns and just about anything that catches my eye.
I like art – I admire the old masters for their technical skills but it is modern art that excites me.
Reading books has always been one of my favourite activities. It is an amazing experience when you read a book that makes you lose track of your own time and space!
It is hard for me to convert my thoughts into writing but I want to push myself out of my comfort zone. This is the reason I am here – blogging is my new challenge.
All photos in this blog have been taken by me except where otherwise stated.
i like your blog but if i may, i would like to give you an advise: i wouldn’t write “i have no particular skills” 😉
Thank you for liking my blog and for your wise advise – I am still not sure how to describe myself here but I will change this bit 🙂
I look forward to following you on this challenging, and hopefully, rewarding journey! ~ Much light and joy to you in the new year!

Writing is easy, Hemingway said, just sit at the typewriter and bleed! Good luck, have fun! 😉
Ouch, that sounds painful! Thank you for the good wishes AJ 🙂
Hemingway said many things, live, that’s where you get the experience from to be able to write… then just tell us about it! Have fun!! 😛
i have always been reading books..just like yourself!
and i keep saying that all those “kindles” or whatever they call them….those things will do nothing for us or our new generations, except create mindless automatons…..i firmly believe the human brain needs to read from proper books…handling and holding a book adds so many unknown things to the whole experience that a kindle never will…aside of which…i just love books!
I do love books and they will always be my favourite way of reading but I have to admit that I am coming round to the idea that sometimes ebooks can be quite convenient…
Thank you for visiting my blog and liking a post. I hope you will find other posts that will stimulate an emotion. I appreciate any comments and try to improve in my hobby.
You’re welcome and thank you for coming by.
It is cool when books take you to another world, isn’t it?
força 🙂
Obrigada 🙂
